New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsAny bank notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in any Act in force in New South Wales relating or applicable to such bank or in the charter or deed of settlement of such bank shall be and shall be deemed to have at all times been empowered to advance or lend money on the security of lands, houses, ships, or pledges of merchandise.
