(1) The provisions of Chapter 4 of
the Criminal Procedure Act 1986 apply (with any necessary adaptations) in
relation to a warrant or court attendance notice issued or to be issued under
this Act in the same way as they apply to a warrant or court attendance notice
of a corresponding kind issued or to be issued under that Act.
