BIOFUELS ACT 2007 - SECT 31

31 Delegation

The Minister or Secretary may delegate the exercise of any function of the Minister or Secretary under this Act (other than this power of delegation) to--

(a) any person employed in the Department, or

(b) any person, or any class of persons, authorised for the purposes of this section by the regulations.
