Grant of bail when not in custody
15 Grant of bail when not in custody
(1) An accused person may be granted or refused bail in accordance with this
Act, notwithstanding that the person is not in custody.
(2) Nothing in this
Act requires the grant of bail to an accused person who is not in custody.
