ACCESS TO NEIGHBOURING LAND ACT 2000 - SECT 38

38 Regulations

(1) The Governor may make regulations, not inconsistent with this Act, for or with respect to any matter that by this Act is required or permitted to be prescribed or that is necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving effect to this Act.

(2) In particular, the regulations may make provision for or with respect to the service of notices or orders where the owner of land or any other person cannot be found.

(3) The Local Court Rule Committee established under the Local Court Act 2007 may make rules for or with respect to regulating the practice and procedures of the Local Court in proceedings under this Act.
