AGRICULTURAL TENANCIES ACT 1990 - SECT 29

29 Regulations

(1) The Governor may make regulations, not inconsistent with this Act, prescribing all matters that by this Act are required or permitted to be prescribed or that are necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving effect to this Act.

(2) In particular, regulations may be made for or with respect to:

(a) the remuneration of persons who are members of committees that conduct arbitrations for the purposes of this Act,

(b) proceedings in any arbitration for the purposes of this Act, and

(c) forms to be used for the purposes of this Act, and

(d) fees to be paid in connection with any arbitration for the purposes of this Act, and

(e) mediation sessions for the purposes of this Act.
