5 Applications for licences

(1) An application for a licence shall:

(a) be lodged at the office of the Ministry of Transport,

(b) be in writing and in a form approved by the Director-General,

(d) specify the route or routes, if any, in respect of which the application is made, and

(e) specify such particulars and contain such information as the Director-General may require.

(2) An applicant for a licence shall furnish to the Director-General such additional particulars and information as the Director-General may require.
