Constitution of Trust
5 Constitution of Trust
(1) There is hereby constituted a corporation with the corporate name
“Agricultural Scientific Collections Trust”.
(2) The Trust shall have and
may exercise the functions conferred or imposed on it by or under this or any
other Act.
(3) In the exercise of its functions, the Trust shall be subject
to the control and direction of the Minister.
(4) The Trust shall, for the
purposes of any Act, be deemed to be a statutory body representing the Crown.
