AGRICULTURAL SCIENTIFIC COLLECTIONS TRUST ACT 1983 - SECT 13
Director
(1) The Director is responsible for the administration and management of
trust property and for any services provided in conjunction therewith.
(2)
The Director is, in the exercise of the functions of the Director under this
Act, subject to the control and direction of the Trust.
