Table of amending instruments

Agricultural Scientific Collections Trust Act 1983 No 148. Assented to 23.12.1983. Date of commencement, secs 1 and 2 excepted, 9.11.1984, sec 2 (2) and GG No 157 of 9.11.1984, p 5433. Section 24 provided for the repeal of sections 17 and 18 upon proclamation. No proclamation was made and section 24 was repealed by the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1990 No 46. This Act has been amended as follows:

Date of commencement of the provisions of Sch 2 relating to the Agricultural Scientific Collections Trust Act 1983, assent, sec 2.
