ASSISTED REPRODUCTIVE TECHNOLOGY ACT 2007 - SECT 6
ART providers must be registered
(1) An ART provider must not provide
ART services unless the ART provider is a registered ART provider.
(2) A
person must not advertise or hold out that the person is a
registered ART provider unless the person is a registered ART provider.
Maximum penalty: 1,000 penalty units in the case of a corporation or 400
penalty units or imprisonment for 2 years, or both, in any other case.
