ASSISTED REPRODUCTIVE TECHNOLOGY ACT 2007 - SECT 32A
Establishment of central register
(1) The Secretary is to establish and
maintain a register called the central register.
(2) The Secretary is to
enter in the register such information as the Secretary is required to enter
in the register by or under this Part.
Note : Division 2 requires the
Secretary to enter in the register information about ART treatment. Division 3
requires the Secretary to enter in the register information about
surrogacy arrangements.
