ANIMAL RESEARCH ACT 1985 - SECT 8
Advisory committees
(1) The Panel may, with the consent of the Minister, appoint such
advisory committees as may be necessary to enable it to exercise its
functions.
(2) Subject to subsection (3), the constitution and procedure of
an advisory committee shall be as prescribed.
(3) At least one of the members
of an advisory committee shall be a member of the Panel.
