(a) a specified person was or was not an inspector,
(b) a specified corporation was or was not an accredited research establishment,
(c) a specified person was or was not the holder of a specified licence, or
(d) the provisions of a specified licence were or were not in specified terms,is admissible in any proceedings under this Act and is evidence of the fact or facts so certified.
