ANIMAL RESEARCH ACT 1985 - SECT 53
Obstruction of inspectors
A person shall not assault, delay, obstruct, hinder or impede an inspector in
the exercise of the inspector’s functions under this Act.
Maximum penalty:
30 penalty units.
