Functions of animal care and ethics subcommittees
16 Functions of animal care and ethics subcommittees
(1) The Code of Practice may empower an animal care and ethics committee to
delegate specified functions to its animal care and ethics subcommittees.
(2)
An animal care and ethics subcommittee has such functions as may be delegated
to it pursuant to subsection (1).
