New South Wales Consolidated ActsWhenever the Trust acquires, disposes of or otherwise deals with property, it is not necessary for:
(a) a vendor, purchaser, mortgagee, lessee or other person who is a party to any such dealing, or
(b) the Registrar-General or any other person registering or certifying title to the property,to inquire whether the Trust has power to so deal with the property and none of those persons is affected by notice that the Trust has no such power.
