ANZAC MEMORIAL (BUILDING) ACT 1923 - SECT 7

7 Application of moneys

(1) The trustees shall hold the fund and any further sums which may be acquired by them as trustees upon trust to apply the same in or towards the equipment, upkeep, maintenance and management of the memorial building or otherwise, for the purposes provided for in this Act.

(2) The site of the memorial building shall be in the City of Sydney upon the land comprised in the Schedule to this Act dedicated for a war memorial under section twenty-five of the Crown Lands Consolidation Act 1913 , by notification in the Gazette number three of the ninth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one.
