(1) The Registrar is required to prepare a written statement of reasons for:(a) imposing or deciding not to impose a period of suspension or taking or deciding not to take action in relation to a member of staff, or(b) referring a matter to the Pecuniary Interest and Disciplinary Tribunal.
(2) The statement of reasons is to be provided to the councillor, Board member or member of staff concerned.
