ABORIGINAL LAND RIGHTS ACT 1983 - SECT 165A

165A Delegation

The Registrar may delegate the exercise of any function of the Registrar under this Act (other than this power of delegation) to:

(a) any member of staff of the Department of Aboriginal Affairs, or

(b) any person, or any class of persons, authorised for the purposes of this section by the regulations.
