137D Administration may follow plan failure
(1) A failure by the New South Wales Aboriginal Land Council to approve a
proposed community, land and business plan within 3 months after the plan is
first referred to a meeting of the Council for approval is, for the purposes
of section 223, a ground that justifies the appointment of an administrator
(without any requirement for a report referred to in section 223(3)).
(2) A
substantial failure by the New South Wales Aboriginal Land Council to comply
with its community, land and business plan is, for the purposes of
section 223, a ground that justifies the appointment of an administrator
(without any requirement for a report referred to in section 223(3)).
