requires:
"Board" means the Maritime Services Board of New South Wales.
"Company" means Australian Lubricating Oil Refinery Limited.
"Minister" means the Minister for Lands of the State of New South Wales and
his successors in office.
"The Agreement" means the Agreement, a copy of which is set out in the
Schedule to this Act.
