AGRICULTURAL INDUSTRY SERVICES ACT 1998 - SECT 32
Financial year
32 Financial year
(1) The financial year of a committee is the financial year prescribed by the
committee’s foundation regulation.
(2) A different financial year may be
determined by the Treasurer under section 4 (1A) of the
Public Finance and Audit Act 1983 .
