AGRICULTURAL INDUSTRY SERVICES ACT 1998 - SECT 28
Payments into funds
28 Payments into funds
(1) There is payable into a committee’s general fund: (a) all rates, fees,
charges and other money received by the committee that are not required to be
paid into a special fund, and
(b) all interest received in respect of the
investment of money belonging to the fund, and
(c) all money directed to be
paid into the fund by or under this or any other Act or law.
(2) There is
payable into a committee’s special fund: (a) all rates, fees, charges and
other money received by the committee in connection with that fund, and
(b)
all interest received in respect of the investment of money belonging to the
fund, and
(c) all money directed to be paid into the fund by or under this or
any other Act or law.
(3) All money payable into a general or special fund is
to be paid into an account kept with a bank, building society or credit union
carrying on business in New South Wales or, in the case of a committee that
has entered into an arrangement referred to in section 9 (5), an account kept
in accordance with that arrangement.
