New South Wales Consolidated ActsA person aggrieved by the refusal of the Director-General to incorporate an association or to register or receive a document, or by any other act, omission or decision of the Director-General (other than an act or decision of the Director-General that is declared by this Act to be conclusive or final or is embodied in any document declared by this Act to be conclusive or final), may within such period as may be prescribed by rules made under the Civil Procedure Act 2005 , appeal to the Local Court, which may confirm, reverse or modify the refusal, act or decision, or remedy the omission, as the case may be, and make such orders and give such directions in the matter as the Local Court thinks fit.
