ABORIGINAL HOUSING ACT 1998 - SECT 40

40 Seal of AHO

The seal of the Aboriginal Housing Office is to be kept by the Chief Executive Officer, or by a member of the staff of the AHO authorised in that behalf by the Chief Executive Officer, and may be affixed to a document only:

(a) in the presence of the Chief Executive Officer or that member of the staff, and

(b) with an attestation by the signature of the Chief Executive Officer or that member of staff of the fact of the affixing of the seal.
