ABORIGINAL HOUSING ACT 1998 - SECT 39

39 Financial year

(1) The financial year of the Aboriginal Housing Office is the year commencing on 1 July.

(2) A different financial year may be determined by the Treasurer under section 4 (1A) of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983 .
