ABORIGINAL HOUSING ACT 1998 - SECT 36

36 Investment of money in Fund

The Aboriginal Housing Office may invest money in the Aboriginal Housing Fund:

(a) in the manner authorised by the Public Authorities (Financial Arrangements) Act 1987 , or

(b) if that Act does not confer power on the AHO to invest the money, in any other manner approved by the Minister with the concurrence of the Treasurer.
