ABORIGINAL HOUSING ACT 1998 - SECT 29
Ministerial control
29 Ministerial control
(1) The Aboriginal Housing Office is, in the exercise of its functions,
subject to the control and direction of the Minister.
(2) An approval of the
Minister under a provision of this Act may apply generally or be limited to a
particular case.
