Constitution of Trust
5 Constitution of Trust
(1) There is hereby constituted a corporation, to be known as the “Art
Gallery of New South Wales Trust”.
(2) The Trust shall have and may
exercise the functions conferred or imposed on it by or under this or any
other Act or law.
