ART GALLERY OF NEW SOUTH WALES ACT 1980 - SECT 12
Director
(1) The Director is responsible for the administration and management of the
Art Gallery and any services provided in conjunction therewith.
(2) The
Director shall be the chief executive officer of the Trust.
(3) The Director
is, in the exercise of his or her functions under this Act, responsible to the
Trust.
