ASSOCIATED GENERAL CONTRACTORS INSURANCE COMPANY LIMITED ACT 1980 - SECT 5
Liquidator to notify Government Insurance Office of claims
The liquidator of the Company shall, on the receipt by him of any claim
pertaining to any policy of insurance issued by the Company, forward that
claim to the Government Insurance Office.
