17 Recovery of money paid from fund

(1) The Government Insurance Office shall prove as debts in the winding up of the Company:

(a) the amount (if any) by which the total amounts paid out of the fund by the Government Insurance Office, or to which the Government Insurance Office or the State Compensation Board is entitled, under the provisions of this Act exceed the total amounts paid into the fund pursuant to section 13, and

(b) the amount of any contingent liability of the Company referred to in section 13A (2).

(2) The amounts referred to in subsection (1) are debts provable in the winding up of the Company.
