ADMINISTRATIVE DECISIONS TRIBUNAL ACT 1997 - SECT 72
Notice of application to be served on other parties
(1) The Registrar must cause notice of an application to the Tribunal to be
served on any party (other than the applicant) to the proceedings within such
time and in such manner as may be prescribed by the rules of the Tribunal.
(2) It is sufficient compliance with subsection (1) if: (a) the Registrar
directs the applicant to serve notice referred to in subsection (1) on another
party on the Registrar’s behalf, and
(b) notice is served on the other
party by the applicant in accordance with the rules of the Tribunal referred
to in subsection (1).
(3) A reference in this section: (a) to an application
includes a reference to an external appeal that is made to the Tribunal, and
(b) to an applicant includes a reference to the person who makes any such
appeal.
