Intervention by Attorney General

69 Intervention by Attorney General

(1) The Attorney General may, on behalf of the State, intervene in proceedings before the Tribunal.
(2) If the Attorney General intervenes in proceedings for a review of a reviewable decision or for an external appeal, the Attorney General may (from money otherwise lawfully available for the purpose) authorise the payment to a party to the proceedings by the State of such costs as the Attorney General considers were reasonably incurred by that party in relation to the proceedings as a result of that intervention.
