ADMINISTRATIVE DECISIONS TRIBUNAL ACT 1997 - SECT 29
Appointment of assessors
(1) The Minister may appoint persons to be assessors of the Tribunal who, in
the opinion of the Minister, have special knowledge of, or experience in, any
area within the jurisdiction of the Tribunal.
(2) An assessor may be
appointed on a full-time or part-time basis.
(3) Schedule 4 has effect with
respect to assessors.
