ADMINISTRATIVE DECISIONS TRIBUNAL ACT 1997 - SECT 25
Functions of President
(1) The President is (subject to this Act and the rules of the Tribunal) to
direct the business of the Tribunal.
(2) The President is to facilitate the
adoption of good administrative practices in the conduct of the business of
the Tribunal.
(3) The President may determine the places and times for
sittings of the Tribunal.
