ALBURY-WODONGA DEVELOPMENT REPEAL ACT 2000 - SECT 6

6 Members of Corporation to vacate office

A person who, immediately before the dissolution of the Corporation, held office as a member of the Corporation:

(a) ceases to hold that office on that dissolution, and

(b) is not entitled to any remuneration or compensation because of the loss of that office.
