New South Wales Consolidated ActsA certificate signed by the bishop of a diocese for which any church trust property in such certificate referred to is for the time being held shall be prima facie evidence and in favour of all persons purchasing, advancing moneys on, leasing, or otherwise acquiring or possessing any estate or interest in such property, and the Registrar-General shall be conclusive evidence that the persons named in such certificate are the duly constituted trustees of such property, and that they became such trustees at the date or respective dates and in the manner mentioned in such certificate, and in the case of lands under the operation of the Real Property Act 1900 or any Act amending or taking the place of the same shall entitle such trustees to be registered as the proprietors thereof accordingly, and to have a certificate of title issued to them without any formal transfer.
