New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsThe moneys (if any) arising from any sale, exchange, mortgage, lease, or other dealing purporting to be made under the powers granted by or under this Act shall be paid to the trustee or trustees in whom the property, the subject matter of such sale, exchange, mortgage, lease, or other dealing immediately theretofore vested, or to such other person or persons as the ordinance (if any) directing such sale, exchange, mortgage, lease, or other dealing may provide. And the receipt of the said trustee or trustees, or other person or persons, as the case may be, shall be an effectual discharge therefor.
