In corporate trustees by consent

19 In corporate trustees by consent

Any church trust property which may at any time belong to or be vested in any trustee or trustees shall upon the consent of such trustee or trustees, or the majority of them given in writing, or upon the consent of the synod of the diocese for which such property is held, given by or under an ordinance of the synod of such diocese by virtue of such consent and without other assurance in the law, become vested in the corporate trustees of such diocese: Provided that if in consequence of death or disability the consent of any trustee or trustees cannot be obtained it shall be lawful for the bishop of the diocese to consent in the place of any such trustee.
