New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsAny provision of the Church of England Constitutions Act Amendment Act of 1902 which is inconsistent with the provisions of this Act and the Constitution shall to the extent of such inconsistency be inoperative in the several Dioceses of the Church of England within the said State: Provided that this section shall not prejudice or affect the previous operation of the said Act, or any proceeding matter or thing lawfully done or suffered under the said Act before this Act comes into operation.
