AGRICULTURAL AND VETERINARY CHEMICALS (NEW SOUTH WALES) ACT 1994 - SECT 6

6 Application of Agvet Regulations in this jurisdiction

The regulations in force for the time being under section 6 of the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Code Act:

(a) apply as regulations in force for the purposes of the Agvet Code of New South Wales, and

(b) as so applying, may be referred to as the Agvet Regulations of New South Wales.
