Tribunal to fix time and place for hearing complaints
42 Tribunal to fix time and place for hearing complaints
The Tribunal must fix a time and place for the hearing of a complaint and must
give notice of the time and place so fixed to the complainant and to each of
the parties to the relevant apprenticeship or traineeship.
