New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsIf any Act (other than this Act) or any document whenever made or executed or any register established or kept under any Act contains any reference express or implied to NMR Savings Bank or any body set out in Schedule 2, the reference is, on and after the appointed day, to be read and construed as a reference to ANZ Savings Bank to the extent that the reference relates to the category A undertaking of NMR Savings Bank and to be read and construed as a reference to ANZ in all other cases, except to the extent that the reference is in relation to an excluded asset or unless the context otherwise requires.
