1 Name of Act and purpose
(1) This Act may be cited as the Australia and New Zealand Banking Group
Limited (NMRB) Act 1991 .
(2) The purpose of this Act is to vest the
undertaking of NMRB in ANZ and to vest part of the undertaking of
NMR Savings Bank in ANZ and the other part in ANZ Savings Bank.
