ARCHITECTS ACT 2003 - SECT 34
Persons who may make complaints
34 Persons who may make complaints
(1) Any person (including the Board) may make a complaint against an architect
in respect of the architect’s conduct as an architect.
(2) Complaints
(other than complaints made by the Board) are to be made to the Board and are
to be lodged with the Registrar.
(3) The Board may direct the Registrar to
provide reasonable assistance in making a complaint to a person, or a person
belonging to a class of persons, specified by the Board from time to time.
