(1) The Director-General must publish notice in the Gazette of any revocation or suspension of the accreditation of an adoption service provider.
(2) The notice is to specify the address of the principal office, and the full name of the principal officer, of the adoption service provider.
(3) The Director-General must give the principal officer of the adoption service provider a copy of the notice of revocation or suspension as soon as practicable after it is published in the Gazette.
(4) The revocation or suspension of accreditation takes effect when the principal officer of the adoption service provider is given the notice.
