ADOPTION ACT 2000 - SECT 209

209 Repeals

(1) The following are repealed:

(a) the Adoption of Children Act 1965 ,

(b) the Adoption Information Act 1990 ,

(c) the Adoption of Children Regulation 1995 ,

(d) the Adoption Information Regulation 1996 .

(2) Different days may be appointed for the commencement of the provisions of subsection (1) for the purpose of repealing, on different days, different provisions of the instruments referred to in the subsection.
