APIARIES ACT 1985 - SECT 48

48 Certain orders to be published in Gazette

An order (other than an order made under section 51) made by the Governor or the Minister for the purposes of this Act shall:

(a) be published in the Gazette, and

(b) take effect on and from the date of publication or a later date specified in the order.
